The Save application and website (collectively known as ‘Save Properties’) are made available to you by Save & Rich and/or its affiliates (hereinafter may be referred to as ’Save’, ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’,and ‘our’). We understand that you care about your information security andprivacy and we respect your sentiments and are committed to protecting the same through our compliance with our privacy policy. This policy amongst other things described: (i) the type of information that the Company may collect from you whenyou access or use Save Properties, our other websites, applications and otheronline services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Save Services’ orjust ‘Services’); (ii) the Company’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining,protecting and disclosing that information; and (ii) the Company's practices forstoring, deletion and retention of the information collected through Save Properties and/ or while providing you Services.By accessing or using Save Services or by providing your information, youagree to our collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of yourpersonal information (including sensitive personal information) as per the termsand conditions of this privacy policy, as it stands during the time of your usage ofthe Services. If you disclose to us any personal information relating to other people,you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use theinformation in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are a reseller/ marketingexecutive ("MSP") registered on any of the Save Properties, please refer toPart B of this Privacy Policy for raising request and/ or for any queries in connectionwith deletion of your information processed by us and/ or associated with your account. What information does Save collect about you and how is it collected?• We may allow you to use some of the Services without asking for/collectingany personal information, while for some other Services, personal information is required.

• We may also collect ‘Non-Personal Information’ (i.e., information thatcannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes information like the activities that you have done on the Save Properties.•In order to access certain features and benefits on our Services, you mayneed to submit ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ i.e., information that canbe used to identify you such as your name, email address, contact number,your PAN among other things; and/or information about your internetconnection, the equipment you use to access our Services and your usagedetails. Inaccurate information may affect your ability to use the Services,the information you receive when using the Services, and our ability tocontact you. For example, your email address and contact number should be kept valid because these may be the primary channels through which we communicate with you.You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of thePersonally Identifiable Information you submit to the Company.• We may collect your information in the following ways:• Directly from youYour full name, phone number, email ID, address, pin code,password and other information you may provide with youraccount, such as your mobile phone number. You mayoptionally provide us with this information through third-partysign-in services such as Facebook and Google. Theapplications we gather information for, may vary acrosscategories including, without limitation, shopping, fashion, foodand travel. This will help us understand you and yourpreferences better and enable the Company to provide you witha personalized experience. We may collect, process and storeyour user ID associated with any social media account (such asyour Facebook and Google account) that you use to sign into the Services or connect with or use with the Services.

How does Save ensure security of your information?•We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures tosafeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and tomaintain information security.

• These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the information that wecollect, process and store and the current state of technology.•We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personalinformation submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receiveit.•The access to the Services is offered through the use of a secure server andadhere to our security guidelines to protect it against unauthorized access.However, by using the Services, the users accept the inherent securityimplications of information transmission over the internet and the WorldWide Web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure, andtherefore, there would always remain certain inherent risks regarding use ofthe Services.• We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your informationdue to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or othercauses beyond our control.• You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. Youshould not share your user name, password, or other security informationfor your account with anyone.•If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we willconsider that you have authorized the instructions for such use.What happens to your information with Save if you close your account?•A user can close an account by contacting our customer support team(phone/email).• In such cases, we may retain certain information in accordance withapplicable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose forwhich it was collected or as required under any applicable law.• We may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under thisPrivacy Policy unless prohibited by law. Thereafter, we will either delete yourpersonal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and notattributed to your identity.

• We may archive information to prevent, investigate, or identify possiblewrongdoing in connection with the Service or to comply with legalobligations.•We may also continue to retain your information in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes, as mentioned in the next section.Where does this policy apply?• This policy applies only to the information that we collect through Save Services in email, text and other electronic communications sent through orin connection with Save Services.• This Policy does not apply to any information that you provide to, or that iscollected by, any third-party, that you use in connection with Save Services. The Company encourages you to consult directly with such third-parties about their information security and privacy practices.•We may anonymize and/or de-identify information collected from youthrough the Services or via other means, including via the use of third-partyweb analytic tools.• As a result, our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identifiedinformation is not restricted by this Privacy Policy, and it may be used anddisclosed to others without limitation. Can Save revise this policy and what are the terms of revision?• Save reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to timeto reflect changes in the law, Including personal information in connection with their account, to the extent permittedunder applicable laws. An MSP can raise request for erasure of their informationfor deletion of their account at shop.saveandrich.com/delete-account, which isprovided under the 'Help and Support ' tab available on the Save Properties.If the MSP opts for the said option of erasure, Save will delete the storedinformation of the MSP from its server, however, Save may retain some partof your information: (i) as long as the purpose for its usage exists (for example wemay retain your mobile number, login device details, etc., for record retentionrequired for fraud prevention) and will delete once the purpose is served; and (ii)as required under applicable laws including but not limited to legal and accountingrelated purposes.
